Japanese Chicken Wings

Japanese Chicken Wings Ingredients


2 lbs chicken wings, cut into 3 parts (discard tips)

2 cups soy sauce

2 cups sake

1/4 cup sugar

1/4 rsp crushed red pepper

1 garlic clove, crushed

1-1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger


Japanese Chicken Wings Cooking Instructions


Mix all ingredients.

Add wings and coat well.

Marinate 1 - 24 hours.

Bake in marinade, 375 degrees, uncovered 1-1/2 hours, turning occasionally.

Serve warm or cold.
