Hot Appetizer Pie

8 ounces cream cheese
2 tablespoons milk
2-1/2 ounce dried beef
2 tablespoons finely chopped green peppers
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1/2 teaspon pepper
1/2 cup sour cream
Soften cream cheese, blend with milk.
Add beef, green pepper, onion, pepper, and sour cream.
Pour into 8 inch Pyrex pie plate.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Serve hot with crackers.
Great with Triscuits or Wheat Thins. Also taste great cold.
