Fresh Tomato Bruschetta

Fresh Tomato Bruschetta Ingredients


6 Roma Tomatoes, chopped

3 cloves Garlic, minced

2 T. Italian Seasoning

3 T. Olive Oil

1/2 tsp. Salt

1/2 cup Fresh Parmesan or Romano Cheese, grated

8 slices Italian Bread


Fresh Tomato Bruschetta Cooking Instructions


In a large skillet combine tomatoes, garlic, spices and olive oil.

Saute' until slightly browned, about 10-15 minutes.

Toast the Italian bread in the broiler

Top with the tomato mixture and top that with the cheese and put under broiler for another minute.



Serve hot.
