Dried Beef Log

8 oz package cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup stuffed chopped olives
1 small can dried beef
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp horseradish
Blend together the cream cheese, parmesan, olives and horseradish.
On waxed paper, shape mixture into two 6 inch rolls, 1/2 inch in diameter.
Wrap in waxed paper and chill for several hours.
Roll each log in finely chipped dried beef from small can.
Serve with crackers.
