Crescent Italiano Bake

Crescent Italiano Bake Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef

1/2 cup chopped onion, or more

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. pepper

8 oz. canned tomato sauce

1 cup sour cream

1/2 tsp. oregano and rosemary

2 cans crescent rolls

1 7-8 oz. pkg. shredded cheddar cheese

Crescent Italiano Bake Cooking Instructions

Brown ground beef and onion and drain.

Add salt, pepper and tomato sauce.

Put in 9x13 pan and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Combine sour cream and herbs and spread on separated crescent dough.

Roll up starting at wide end.

Place 8 down each side of the pan and bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

I usually have to make 2 pans of this for my family so I just brown a large package of hamburg and add 2-3 cans of tomato sauce and divide it into two 9X13 pans. You need double of everything else then. It reheats well in microwave but doesn't last long at my house.
