Creamy Hot Beef Dip

8 oz cream cheese, softened

8 oz sour cream

3 oz dried beef, rinsed and chopped finely

2 tbsp chopped green pepper

1-1/2 tbsp minced onion

Raw vegetables, crackers, or tortilla chips

Combine cream cheese, sour cream, dried beef, green pepper and onion in a 1 qt. baking dish.

Bake at 375 degrees uncovered for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

Serve with raw vegetables, crackers or tortilla chips.
