Cheese Cups

Cheese Cups Ingredients


2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

5 oz ham, diced

3/4 cup mayonnaise

1/3 cup crisp bacon, crumbled

2 tsp DiJon Mustard

1 large tube refrigerated biscuits, split into 30 slices


Cheese Cups Cooking Instructions


Combine all ingredients except biscuits in a bowl

Mix well

Press biscuit slices onto bottom and sides of mini muffin pans

Fill each with 1 tbsp of cheese mixture

Bake at 450 degrees 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown.

Let stand 3 minutes before removing from pan

Serve warm



Yields 2-1/2 dozen
