16 slices bacon
2 (8oz) containers sharp process cheese spread, softened
2 cups mayonnaise
1 cup chopped green onions
1 cup slivered almonds, toasted

Cook bacon in a large skillet until crisp; remove bacon, discarding drippings.
Crumble bacon, and place in a large bowl.
Add the cheese, mayonnaise, green onions, and almonds; stir well.
Serve spread with assorted crackers.
Yield: 5 cups.
