Beer Bread Ingredients


3 cup self rising flour (or 3 cup regular flour + 3 tbsp baking powder)

3 tbsp sugar

1 can lite beer (12 oz)


Beer Bread Cooking Instructions


Mix and place into greased loaf pan and let stand 5 minutes.

Bake at 425 degrees for 1/2 hour.

Pour 1/3 cup butter over and bake for another 20 minutes at 325 degrees.
