B.B.Q. Sauerkraut

1 large qt sauerkraut cooked and drained

1 lb ground beef browned in skillet

1-1/2 cup ketchup

5 tbsp brown sugar

1-1/2 tbsp vinegar

Brown ground beef.

Add ketchup, sugar and vinegar.

Simmer 10-15 minutes, add sauerkraut.

Let simmer additional 5-10 minutes.

Serve over hot dog on bun, or eat plain.
